Coaching, for leaders in the seat and people stepping into it
A space to think clearly about the work that matters most. A thinking partner who has done the job, for senior leaders, people stepping into them, and anyone navigating a role transition or a change that matters.
What coaching looks like
Leadership is complex. The higher you go, the fewer people you can think out loud with. Coaching gives you that space: structured, confidential, and focused on what you are actually navigating.
I bring over 20 years of senior People & Culture leadership into every coaching conversation. That means I understand the context you are working in, not just theoretically, but because I have sat in similar seats.
This is not advice-giving. It is a structured process that helps you find clarity, build self-awareness, and make better decisions, particularly in the moments that feel most uncertain.
Who coaching works for
Leaders stepping into bigger roles
You have been promoted or hired into a senior people leadership role. The job is bigger, the stakes are higher, and you want to get the first 90 days right.
Leaders navigating complexity
You are managing a restructure, a culture shift, a difficult stakeholder dynamic, or a team that is struggling. You need somewhere to think it through without performing confidence.
Leaders who want to grow
You are good at what you do, but you know there is another level. You want to understand your patterns, your blind spots, and how to lead with more intention.
People in transition
Moving into a bigger role, out of one that no longer fits, or through a change that matters. Coaching for the shape you are moving into, not the one you are leaving.
A specific challenge
You do not need to fit into a category. Maybe you are navigating a difficult conversation, preparing for a Board presentation, working through a team dynamic, or facing something you have not faced before. Coaching works for any challenge where thinking it through with someone experienced would help.
How it works
Coaching engagements are tailored to you. Some engagements finish inside three sessions, some become ongoing.
The length matters less than the fit, but typically look like:
We meet to understand what you are working on and whether coaching is the right fit. No cost, no commitment.
1. Discovery conversation
Individual sessions or a package of three, 45 to 60 minutes each, by online or in person. From there we agree together whether more sessions serve the work.
2. A starting package
Reflection prompts and accountability to keep momentum between conversations.
3. Between sessions
A confidential, non-judgemental space to think out loud.
Honest, thoughtful questions, not advice from the sidelines.
Someone who understands the realities of senior leadership, not just the theory.
Practical progress, not just insight. Coaching should change how you show up.
Coaching held to a proper standard
What to expect
How it fits with the rest of the work
Coaching is standalone.
Some fractional and cover engagements include coaching for members of the leadership team; where they do, the coaching sits inside the wider agreement, not on top of it.
“Tell me what is happening. I will tell you honestly whether I am the right coach for what you are carrying.”
